1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 34jili website, mobile application, and all gaming, payment, and account management services offered therein.

• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in your 34jili Account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance standards.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 34jili Platform — whether by visiting the website, downloading the mobile application, creating an Account, or using any service offered by 34jili — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 34jili Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 34jili with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the 34jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. • You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as users.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 34jili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 34jili Platform or any other gaming platform operated by 34jili's affiliates.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

34jili reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your Account if you fail to meet or maintain these requirements. Any funds in a suspended or closed Account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of 34jili services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the 34jili Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC Verification: 34jili is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all users. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or full Account access.
• Accurate Information: You must not use false names, fictitious identities, or another person's identity when registering. Any Account found to contain false registration information will be immediately suspended and any Balance may be forfeited.
• Mobile Number: Your registered Philippine mobile number is a primary identifier on the 34jili Platform. It is used for account verification, OTP delivery, and two-factor authentication. You must ensure your registered number remains active and accessible.

5. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 34jili Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service, particularly financial services such as GCash or online banking.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional layer of security.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 34jili's customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

34jili will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 34jili that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

34jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified 34jili of unauthorized access.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 34jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 34jili supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit issued by Philippine banks)

The following payment methods are strictly not accepted on the 34jili Platform: cryptocurrency of any kind, and credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine financial regulations.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of a successful transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 34jili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. 34jili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments, 34jili is required to monitor, report, and where necessary freeze transactions that exhibit indicators of money laundering or other financial crimes. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

34jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. 34jili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any user from any promotion without prior notice.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in the immediate cancellation of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Conflict: In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 34jili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generation: All electronic games on the 34jili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to independent oversight.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 34jili reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's Account. 34jili's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: 34jili is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side during a game session. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
• Collusion & Cheating: Any form of collusion, cheating, use of automated software (bots), or exploitation of software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 34jili Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's Account without authorization.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 34jili Platform or its underlying software.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content through the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, age verification, or responsible gaming measures implemented by 34jili.
• Registering or using the Platform on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 34jili Platform — including but not limited to the 34jili name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 34jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 34jili.
• Use the 34jili name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

34jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gameplay reminding you of the time elapsed and amount wagered.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 34jili Platform at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming by placing your Account in a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 34jili, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, game errors, or system outages.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 34jili's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.

34jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 34jili's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Termination & Account Closure

Termination by You: You may close your 34jili Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Termination by 34jili: 34jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 34jili is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• 34jili reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your Account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

In the event of termination for breach, 34jili reserves the right to forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds in your Account and to recover any losses suffered by 34jili as a result of your breach.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 34jili Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact 34jili's customer support team to initiate this process.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 34jili from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

15. Amendments to These Terms

34jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 34jili will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 34jili Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
